WWE posted highlights from Monday’s WWE Raw, which aired at a special time of 6:00 pm ET on Netflix.
Monday’s Raw, which was the fallout from Night of Champions, saw new matches made for SummerSlam.
Brock Lesnar made his surprise return during the opening of the show to confront Oba Femi. After Lesner had some words for Femi, he low-blowed Femi, then drop him with an F-5. After Femi recovered, he then challenger Lesnar to a match at SummerSlam, in which Lesnar then said he would one-up Femi for it be Hell in a Cell.
Following the segment, Femi met backstage with Raw General Manager Adam Pearce backstage and decided to put his world title shot on hold.
This will be the rubber match, as both men are 1-1 from their two previous matches.
During the final segment of Raw, WWE World Heavyweight Champion Roman Reigns in the ring with Jacob Fatu, was interrupted by Seth Rollins.
Rollins told Reigns that it is time collect, which then Reigns scoffed at, telling Rollins he must be confused and to get to the back of the line. Rollins when through their history together and talked up Reigns’ list of accomplishments and touted that Reigns has never beat him. This eventually led to Reigns telling Rollins he doesn’t want to beat him, but that he needs to beat him, thus accepting Rollins’ challenge for a world title match at SummerSlam.
