Former NXT talent Brinley Reece (real name Breanna (Ruggiero – Aponte), posted to her Instagram that she and her boyfriend Marcus Aponte got married on Saturday, October 3.

On July 29, 2022, Ruggiero was one of fourteen people that attended a tryout in Nashville, Tennessee, during SummerSlam weekend. She and eight other women were given contracts by Paul Levesque. In November of that same year, she joined the Fall 2022 Rookie Class and reported to the WWE Performance Center.
On October 17, 2023, Ruggiero had her first televised match on NXT under her ring name Brinley Reece as a replacement for Jakara Jackson in the first round of the Women’s NXT Breakout Tournament after Jackson was unable to compete medically. Reece lost to Arianna Grace.
In March of 2025, Ruggiero underwent shoulder surgery, keeping her our of action for the rest of the year. WWE then released her in January 2026.
