Former WWE and AEW star Aleister/Malakai Black is the new PROGRESS Men’s World Champion.
Black defeated Cara Noir at Sunday’s PROGRESS Wrestling Odyssey Tour show at the O2 Ritz in Manchester, England.

Black was released from his WWE contract back on April 24 after just under a year after returning to the company, following a 4 year run in AEW.
Back in May of this year, PROGRESS Wrestling was purchased by Damian Mackle (Big Damo) and Nicola Glencross (Nikki Storm /Nikki Cross). Cross was also released from her WWE contract on the same day as Black.
