[HAL] Widget effect - Adds visual effects to widgets.
The plugin adds several visual effects to widgets to make them stand out from the rest.
- Snake on the border
- Widget block break
- Multiple widget breaks
- Spider on top (indicated on long widgets)
The code was experimental, so we decided to collect it into a single plugin.
