TMZ is reporting the estate for the late Hulk Hogan, sold his beachfront mansion in Clearwater, Florida for $5.9 million.
The report indicates the original asking price listed back in January was around $11 million.
TMZ notes the 5,400-square-foot house Hogan purchased back in 2012 for $3.3 million, has 5 bedrooms and 5.5 bathrooms, plus a1,000-square-foot primary suite with a sitting area, gulf-front terrace, morning bar, spa-inspired bath and a massive walk-in closet.
Furthermore, TMZ’s report also adds the cottage next door which Hogan also owned sold for $2.8 million. However, it was not clear if the same buyer as the mansion made the purchase. The cottage is 2,062-square feet, with 3-bedrooms, with a 2.5 baths and includes all the modern amenities.
Hogan’s longtime friend, Martha Thorn at the Thorn Collection and Coldwell Banker Realty, held the listing for the property.
Hogan, a WWE Hall of Famer passed away back on July 24, 2025 at the age of 71.
His cause of death, according to the Pinellas County Forensic Science Center, was from acute myocardial infarction, which is commonly known as a heart attack. This is when the blood flow to the heart muscle suddenly becomes blocked, causing tissue damage.
