Following the announcement from Riyadh Season that WWE Crown Jewel is moving to a “new venue,” Dave Meltzer of the Wrestling Observer has reported that the premium live event is now set to emanate from the Kingdom Arena.
The 30,000-seat indoor venue has hosted WWE events in the past, including Night of Champions in June.
It is unknown what led to the change in venue.
The report comes after a recent TKO Group town hall meeting, where the safety of those in WWE and other divisions was stated as being “paramount” as they prepare for the upcoming events in the Middle East region amid security concerns and travel alerts for U.S. citizens.
