The U.S. Army Corps of Engineers (USACE) announces the availability of the Record of Decision (ROD) for the final Supplemental Environmental Impact Statement (SEIS) for the Morganza to the Gulf, Louisiana, Hurricane and Storm Damage Risk Reduction Project, Terrebonne and Lafourche Parishes, Louisiana. The USACE Mississippi Valley Division Commander signed the ROD on October 14, 2026.
