False Finish (a recently launched news outlet from former Bodyslam.net staff), is reporting Tiffany Stratton vs. Jade Cargill for the Women’s United States Championship is currently planned for the Night of Champions PLE on Saturday, June 27 in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia.
Stratton and Cargill have currently been in a feud on SmackDown, with Chelsea Green attempting to help out Stratton in the fight against Cargill, along with Michin and B-Fab.
Stratton has already replaced the injured Rhea Ripley on the promotional material for Night of Champions. Wrestlevotes on Fightful Select reported on Thursday the injury to Ripley’s knee has led to multiple creative plans involving several female talents that have already been adjusted, as WWE is preparing for various scenarios depending on how long Ripley is out of action.
