WWE Main to begin airing on Rumble in October, will go head-to-head with AEW Dynamite

Variety is reporting that WWE Main Event will move from YouTube to its new exclusive home, Rumble beginning October 14.

Main Event, which has aired on YouTube since since the beginning of 2026 will air every Wednesday night on Rumble at 8:00 pm ET, thus going head-to-head with AEW Dynamite on TBS and HBO Max.

“Serving a digital-first audience is a core focus for WWE, and Rumble has built an accessible platform that is committed to delivering premium sports and entertainment programming,” said Alex Varga, executive vice president at WWE in statement to Variety.

Main Event originally launched back in 2012, airing on Ion Television. The show has made the rounds, airing on the now defunct WWE Network, Hulu and Peacock.

Rumble is essentially a free streaming service, but also offers paid options for ad-free viewing.
