After fan backlash on social media, WWE has pulled the new Trick Williams “Lemon Pepper Steppers” T-shirt from WWEShop.com.
The shirt, which showed chicken wings being dunked into a shoe drew criticism across social media for not only being racist, playing on stereotypes and what is also being said was a low-effort design.
“Lemon Pepper Steppers” is a term Williams had been using to describe his shoes as fashionable and dripping with sauce.
At the time of this writing, the T-Shirt is still available at WWEuroShop.com.
