WWE taped this Friday’s (8/28) episode of SmackDown on Monday, at the Canadian Tire Centre in Ottawa, Ontario, Canada after Raw went off the air.

-Kevin Owens started to cut a promo. CM Punk interrupted him, Gunther came out and interrupted, then Finn interrupted, setting up a No. 1 contenders match.
-Irresistible Forces (Nia Jax & Lash Legend) defeated Tiffany Stratton and Chelsea Green. Chelsea comes back after medics attempted to take her away.
-Gunther interrupted a meeting between Nick Aldis and Danhausen
-Jacy Jayne defeated Paige. After the match, Nikki Bella jumped Paige
-Blake Monroe was whipped by Giulia in a backstage interview segment
-Finn Balor vs. Kevin Owens vs. Gunther ended in a disqualification when Sami Zayn interfered. Punk came out and Sami laid everyone out with the title belt.
