Janel Grant’s lawsuit against Vince McMahon and WWE, alleging sexual assault, sex trafficking and harassment will soon be on its way to arbitration.
However, despite the case heading to arbitration, Grant posted to her Instagram, that she recently learned photographic evidence which included exchanges that depicted her in “some vulnerable and/or compromising way”, was given without her consent to the Special Committee that was investigating McMahon, back in 2022.
Grant also said in her post the evidence was viewed by others and distilled into graphic summaries. In addition, Grant also notes the evidence was read out to then current Board members, including some who were in positions of upper management and future board members, between fall and winter of 2022, going into 2023.
Grant further stated that her knowledge is limited to public documents and that she does not want this to happen to anyone else.
