57-year old WWE Hall of Famer Road Dogg is advertised to step back in the ring at Jeff Jarrett’s All-Star Super Slam event on October 22, as part of Pig Fest at Veterans Park in Hendersonville, Tennessee.
Road Dogg will team with Jarrett and Jay Lethal against QT Marshall, Brady Booker, and Elijah Drago.
This will be Road Dogg’s first time stepping back in the ring for a match since the 2015 WWE Royal Rumble, when he teamed up with fellow Hall of Famer Billy Gunn, as the two squared off against The Ascension (Konnor and Viktor).
The event is scheduled to begin at 7:30pm local time.
Unhappy with the creative direction of WWE and his role as the co-lead writer for the SmackDown creative team, Road Dogg resigned from WWE back this past March. He still remains under a legends contract with the company. There were reports he would possibly join TNA as part of the creative team at last summer’s Slammivesary PPV. However, talks stalled leaving him unemployed.
