PWInsider is reporting Aalyah Mysterio, daughter of WWE Hall of Famer Rey Mysterio and sister to Dominik Mysterio is reportedly heading to the Performance Center in Orlando.
“Rey Mysterio’s daughter Aalyah is expected to start at the WWE Performance Center shortly“, the publication wrote.
There are posts on social media from some of Aalyah’s friends that seemingly indicate she has officially joined WWE. However, at the time of this writing, neither Aalyah, Rey or WWE has publicly confirmed it.
Rey Mysterio has said during previous interviews that his daughter wanted to tryout as a pro wrestlers and had been training with Natalya and TJ Wilson.
Aalyah is no stranger to being on WWE programming. Her first notable appearance was back at age nine, when CM Punk interrupted her father, singing happy birthday to her, to further build up the feud between Punk and Rey. In 2020, Aalyah was part of a storyline between her father, Seth Rollins and Buddy Murphy (Buddy Matthews in AEW), where she and Buddy had an on-screen romance. Aalyah’s most recent storyline participation was in 2023, which saw herself and her mother Angie, play roles in the feud between Rey and Dominik leading up to WrestleMania 39.
Aalyah graduated in 2025 from the University of California San Diego with a degree in human biology.
